Who is eligible?
Most charitable organizations recognized by the government as a non-profit organization. You may complete our request form to see if you qualify.
Henry’s Helps Fundraising Night – How it works
Henry’s will donate 15% of food and beverage sales (excluding alcohol) generated by the supporters, families and friends of your organization on the specified evening to help your cause. Your supporters MUST leave their itemized receipt (they may request 2 copies) in the ‘Henry’s Helps’ jar in the restaurant on the designated date to be counted in the total donation formula.
How to request Henry’s Help
Complete a Henry’s Helps Fundraiser online request form. Your request will be reviewed and, if approved, we will contact you with available dates (plan ahead at least 4 weeks). Fundraiser dates are always Monday or Tuesday.
Promoting your Henry’s Helps Fundraising Night
Once you have received a confirmation email accepting your request to hold a Henry’s Helps night and a date has been set, it’s time to promote your fundraiser! Tell your supporters, families and friends to dine at Henry’s on the designated evening. Both take-out and dine-in meals are eligible but guests must leave their itemized receipt in the jar on your designated evening to count! In order not to distract other guests from the Henry’s experience, we will not allow signage or solicitation in or around the restaurant.
Terms and Conditions
Henry’s Helps Fundraising Night requests are not guaranteed unless submitter receives a confirmation email from Henry’s first accepting the request and then setting the date. If the fundraising night is approved, the parties agree that:
Henry’s Louisiana Grill will provide a PDF document (Flyer) promoting the fundraising Event to the Organization for printing and distribution by the Organization. The PDF artwork, including but not limited to, the Event name and logo, is owned by Henry’s Louisiana Grill or its affiliates and may be used by Organization only with permission of Henry’s Louisiana Grill;
Henry’s Louisiana Grill will donate to the Organization; 15% of food and non-alcoholic beverage sales made during the Event (during dinner service 5-10pm) by guests who drop their itemized receipt in the jar before closing on the designated date. Henry’s Louisiana Grill gift cards, catering and retail purchases are excluded from the Event;
Henry’s Louisiana Grill will mail a check to Organization for the total donation amount not later than 30 days following event;
Henry’s Louisiana Grill can terminate all or any portion of the Event for any reason without notice (such as closing on a snow day).
The Organization will make copies of the Flyer at its own expense. All other advertising costs related to the Event incurred by Organization are the responsibility of Organization; and
Organization has the right, but not the obligation to:
- Each party warrants that it has the authority to grant the rights in this Agreement and is authorized to accept this Agreement.

Note: registration does not confirm your Organization’s event. Once your request is approved by Henry’s, you will receive an email confirmation for your fundraiser, and a customized Henry’s Louisiana Grill Fundraiser Event Flyer will be generated for your Organization.
